They can also be calssified to several groups depending on how do you get cab in Belgrade. One way is to call their central office and order a cab, and first thing operator will ask you is destination. Why? Well because they dont want to waste fuel on short destinations. So, if you say that you will go from Belgrade to Nis (about 280KM and its different city) you will get one in notime, but for shorter routes, you will have to wait, and usualy gets message "there are no avaiable drivers". Also, if you manage to get cab via operator, you will get discount for fair. It is usualy 20% off.
Other way is to get it on cab station. I usualy don't do that since I find them to lazy and too stiff to actually go drive and find their customers, instead they sit parked read newspapers, and tell "fishing stories" usually about girls.

By default, they usually like to talk with you. I'm personally man of few words, and i don't like talking to my wife that much, not to mention cab drivers. Again, fishing stories, bla, bla, yada, yada and you end up on destination feeling like psychiatrist.
